I am looking for a list of capacitors for my Servo 15A that I can order without the time consumption of tearing down my large sub in my living room multiple times making a mess and irking my wife. If I could get a list of capacitors, it only have to be done once.

I'm in contact with Azi regarding the power port issue with my 9H speaker. I've been having issues with power supply to left 9H speaker, it goes in/,out intermittently. We have shaped our the power chord and plugged directly into wall. Thus has been an issue for over two years now. I've contacted the retailer, no resolution to date. I'm trying to maintain a positive relationship with the retailer, although don't know what else to do.

Overcharge on subscription

Hello Support group:

I recently watched one of your talks on the internet. After doing so I decided to sign up for a subscription to your letter for the advertised price of $49.

After completing the information for the subscription and providing my payment information the charges listed were $79. What happened? Why the discrepancy? Then yesterday I saw the $79 charge on my checking account.

I would appreciate a refund of the extra $30 charged to my account.

Paradigm won’t even talk to me

Bought 2 Prestige bookshelf speakers 7 years ago for $1600. One of them blew 3 years later, repaired under warranty.

I loved the clear sound and thought highly of the company so bought 2 outdoor speakers last year, $1000 for the pair of Stylus 470's. Now the main speaker in my second prestige bookshelf speaker has blown. I should point out Im a senior and have no children, abuse is NOT the issue.

Paradigm will not speak to customers. You can email and they reply.

I thought I had bought some high quality gear and wanted to speak to someone about my set up in case there's an issue, perhaps something not compatible with my receiver. But they wont talk to you, just get email replies.

Extremely disappointed and pissed off I threw good money after bad on the outdoor speakers. I will trash this company to everyone I speak to for years to come.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY Paradigm speakers if you want reliable products and a company that’s interested in customer feedback.
